Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

At Heilpraktikerin Maria Brandstätter, we take your privacy seriously — especially because some of what you share with us, such as booking requests or messages to our support assistant, may relate to your health. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us and information automatically collected when you use our service.

Personal Data

We may collect the following personal information:

  • Name and contact information
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company name (optional)
  • Billing and payment information
  • Payment method and transaction details

Health-Related Information

When you book a consultation, send a contact request, or describe a concern to our support assistant, you may share health-related details voluntarily. This is treated as a special category of personal data under GDPR Art. 9.

  • Used only to prepare for and conduct your consultation, or to route your inquiry to Maria — never for advertising or profiling
  • Submitting a booking or message that includes health information is treated as your explicit consent to that limited use
  • Access is limited to Maria and, where a booking requires payment processing, the minimum data needed by our payment provider
  • Retained only as long as needed for your care and any legal record-keeping duties, then deleted or anonymized
  • Never used to train AI models — our support assistant answers from a fixed script, not from stored conversations

This section describes our handling of health data in general terms. It is not a substitute for a full data protection assessment by qualified legal counsel, which we recommend before this practice processes health data at scale.

Social Media Data

If you connect social media accounts, we may collect profile information and related data as permitted by those platforms.

Derivative Data

We may create anonymized, aggregated data from your usage to improve our services.

Use of Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

  • To provide and manage your bookings and orders
  • To process your transactions and manage your account
  • To send you updates, newsletters, and marketing communications you opted into
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • To monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our site
  • To personalize your experience and deliver relevant content

Information Disclosure

We may disclose your information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the new entity.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:
